The Benefits of a Sub-Assembly Partner

At STEWART Industries, we’re pretty proud to offer a vast array of services. If you’ve clicked around our website at all or followed us on social, we’re sure you’ve seen quite a few of our divisions featured.

We thought it would be nice to go back to our origins and tell you a little about our sub-assembly abilities. After all, in these difficult times, they can help save your company time and money.

Trusted Capabilities

STEWART Industries has been working in the manufacturing space for over twenty years. In that time, we’ve been part of many sub-assembly projects, from automotive to aerospace and more.

Our team is highly skilled in sub-assembly capabilities. In fact, we’re the only company with assembly as our core competency, so you can trust we know how to get the job done right. We employ a robust quality assurance system to ensure your projects are done exactly to specification. That’s why we’re happy to say we’re even ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Cost Savings

When you work with a sub assembler, you know you’re saving money. We act as an extension of your team. All you do is send us the parts and the specifications. Then we get to work, creating finished parts or products that we ship back to you. At a time when it can be difficult for factories to keep consistent staff, we’re here to act as your backup.

Plus, while we’re working on your parts, you can also benefit from our Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) services and extensive warehousing space. By storing your inventory in our FTZ, you can avoid paying tariffs or duties on your products until they’re already assembled. Then you’ll just pay the import tax on a single item, instead of all of the components.

If that sounds amazing, it’s because it is. Get in touch with our team to learn how we can help make your assembly more efficient while saving you money.
